Family Science at ISU

Get your gears cranking with hands-on activities and hands-on activities and robotics STEM challenges!  We’ll be working with student groups as well as the Children’s Discovery Museum, Miller Park Zoo, and more to provide scientific fun!

Brownie Girl Scouts will earn the Home Scientist Try-It and Junior Girl Scouts will earn the Detective Badge when they complete specific activity booths named in the Girl Scout Passport received at the Girl Scout Booth that day.  The first 100 Brownies and the first 100 Junior girls to complete their badges will receive their badges free that day!  There will be lots of booths for children and adults of all age levels to enjoy and participate in several hands-on activities.  This event is organized by Illinois State University’s   CeMaST (Center for Mathematics, Science and Technology).
