Have fun with mom or dad while you zumba your way to a good time! Take a tour of the YMCA and learn about all of the fabulous programs they have to offer. Learn how to properly stretch and warm up before exercise and a few healthy tidbits from the pros. End your fun dance workout with a delicious, healthy snack!
