Blog Updates from our Director of Property
Blog posted January 11, 2012 - Dirt has been moved! Excavators have been at work at Camp Tapawingo the past few weeks, and the equestrian stables building pad and service road have been constructed. Concrete footings were poured last week and building materials will be delivered this week.
A few facts about the new barn: The total length of the new barn will be 144 feet long from one end to the other and will measure approximately 8500 square feet. The welcome center where visitors will enter will be heated and air conditioned. The horses will also have luxuries. Two wash stalls will be available where the horses can be given special attention.
We are excited about our progress and hope you will plan to visit this brand new facility and our horses this spring! Stay tuned for additional progress reports!
