To provide modern, relevant properties for Girl Scout programs and outdoor education in the form of a destination resident camp and contemporary program centers which align with the needs of today's girls and the leadership development mission of GSUSA.

Immediately (2010)

• Sell Soldwedel Program Center
• Divest of Hike Haven

Within 2 years (2012)

• Identify and purchase/lease program center site in Quincy
• Sell Wildwood Girl Scout Center
• Move Quincy Service Center to program center
• Sell Decatur Service Center
• Identify and purchase/lease program center site in Decatur
• Move Decatur Service Center to program center

Within 3 years (2013)

• Identify and purchase/lease program center site in LaSalle-Peru
• Move Peru Service Center to program center

Within 5 years (2015)

• Repair/rebuild Peoria Service Center
• Add on to Springfield Service Center

Within 8-10 years (2018-2020)

• Sell Camp Kiwanis
• Identify and purchase/lease program center site in Champaign
• Move Champaign Service Center to program center
• Develop Camp WOW at Camp Tapawingo
• Develop Camp Widjiwagan and Camp Peairs as improved program centers
