Join Us

Thank you for your interest in our Girl Scout camps. Working at camp is more than just a job. It’s an opportunity to live, work, and play in the great outdoors and change the life of a child. GSCI’s summer camp staff is a group of young camping professionals who take pride in the magic they create each summer at camp.

Before you begin the application process, there are a few things you should know. Working at camp is a full-time summer commitment. Our staff contracts typically run from early June until early August, during which you’ll receive room and board and a salary. Our staff works together in a close-knit team to provide a safe, fun, and educational experience for our campers. The days are long, but at the end of the summer you’ll realize the positive contributions and impact you have made. You’ll also leave camp with strengthened leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, which are an asset no matter where life takes you. We hope you’ll consider being part of the team – and our summer family!
