Girl Scouts of Central Illinois offers many unique sites available for rental by community groups, corporate outings or private family gatherings.   Some facilities include team challenge courses, large meeting spaces with commercial kitchens ideal for a large meeting or program in a natural setting.

Non-Profit & Corporate Site Rental Rates

Girl Scouts of Central Illinois invites Girl Scout troops/groups and community groups to reserve meeting rooms in our service centers using the following procedure.

• Mail or fax a reservation form, with credit card number, to the Office Coordinator at the service center where you are requesting the room to be rented (see below for room availability and rates).
• To confirm the reservation, full payment is required. If a reservation is received without payment it is held, unprocessed, no longer than one week, until payment arrives.
• Reservations and payments must be made at least one week prior to the date of use.
• After receipt of payment and a completed reservation form, the Office Coordinator schedules a time for a representative of the group to pick up keys and receive a brief orientation to the building and alarm system. This will take place at least one week prior to the date for which the room is reserved.

• Camp Widjiwagan facilities - Lodge, Dads House, Buccaneer
• Camp Tapawingo facilities - Unit Houses at Rustling Oaks, Setting Sun, White Cloud and Shining Star, Mary Morgan Lodge, Spirit Lodge (seasonal)
• Camp Kiwanis facilities - Evergreen (seasonal), Main Lodge, Locust Lodge
• Camp Peairs Lodge

Troops who wish to use our camp or program facilities for a meeting place on a regular basis throughout the membership year must submit a reservation form with all requested dates/times. Limited to 12 dates. Leader must check in/out key from office prior to each meeting. Special events or programs lasting more than 2 hours must be reserved separately at regular Girl Scout rental rate.

To secure the reservation, the troop must make a payment of $25.00. This fee provides partial cost of utilities, maintenance, and insurance. Troops who make such reservations will receive a key code, key, and instructions.
